Remote Connectivity

A single control plane for the operations floor.

Bank operations rarely fail at the system layer — they fail at the seams. The handoff between maker and checker, the gap between a settlement file and its reconciliation, the moment a certificate expires unnoticed. Floster closes those seams.

Every module — from Till Moja onboarding to compliance screening, from LDAP node monitoring to merchant settlement — sits behind the same navigation, the same auth model, and the same maker–checker workflow. Operations leaders see the same screens their tellers, settlement officers and compliance reviewers see, and approvals flow through one consistent set of states.

The platform, at a glance

Four capabilities, one platform.

Orchestrate

Onboarding, approvals, settlement, screening and reconciliation — every workflow follows the same maker–checker shape.

Monitor

Real-time dashboards for tills, LDAP nodes, certificates and remittances — counters, trends and status distributions on one screen.

Govern

Permissions, roles and entity actions baked into every screen — approved, pending, sent back, rejected, deleted, all auditable.

Integrate

Connects to CBS, LDAP, switch terminals, SWIFT, KRA, GePG, debit card and merchant rails — one workspace, many systems.

01Dashboards

The Dashboard Suite

Real-time pulse for every operational surface.

Floster ships with a connected set of dashboards — Till Moja, LDAP, Certificate Tracking and Inward Remittance — each tuned to a specific operational concern but sharing one visual grammar: counters along the top, a trend chart in the middle, status distributions and approval breakdowns on the side. Open any dashboard and you immediately know where to look.

Real-time counters Trend charts (3M / 6M / 12M) Status distributions Auth breakdowns Drag-to-switch nodes

02Back Office Apps

Back Office,
without the back log.

CRUD work, treated like a first-class product surface.

Most of what a bank operations team actually does is records work — adding a merchant, updating a rate, sending something back. Floster treats every Back Office app — Till Moja, KRA Payment, Swift Transactions, Utility Payments, Debit Card, Treasury, Inward Remittances, GePG Recon, Database ACL, Certificate Tracking and BlueRiver Terminal — with the same disciplined table UX: clear status chips, entity actions, record states and one-click approve / reject controls.

03Compliance

Screening, in one queue.

Every flagged inward transaction, every decision, in one place.

Floster routes screening matches into a single Compliance Inputter Queue. Reviewers see every queued transaction by date, type, sender, country, beneficiary and amount — and open the Compliance Maker View to walk through Transaction, Remitter, Beneficiary and Decision tabs without ever leaving the page. Currency, source of fund, purpose of fund and BIC/MNO codes are all chip-coded for fast pattern recognition.

04Settlement

Settlement that
actually closes.

Posting, approval and download — one row per file.

The Merchant Settlement module turns settlement file processing into a flat, auditable list. Every file — settlement records, detailed transaction reports — gets its own row with a clear posting status progress band (e.g. 2270 / 2270 DONE), an approval state, a view action and a downloadable artefact. Operators stop chasing files across folders; they finish the queue.

By the numbers

Built for the real shape of bank operations.

Floster doesn't try to abstract banking — it embraces it. Tills, settlements, screening matches, fixed deposits, LDAP nodes and certificate registers all get first-class treatment, not generic forms.
