Workspaces, projects, sprints — a hierarchy that scales from a 3-person internal team to a 38-member client tracker.
Nexter is the work platform Extio's teams actually use every day — workspaces, projects, kanban boards, gantt timelines, scrum stand-ups, bug tracking, sprints and reports, all behind one navigation.
Most project management tools fall into two traps. Either they're too lean — clean kanbans without the depth real engineering teams need — or they're so loaded with features that nobody updates them.
Nexter sits in the middle. Workspaces for separating client and internal work. Projects inside each. Tasks in five different views (Board, List, Table, Gantt and Scrum). A real Bug Tracker. Real Audit Logs. Real Reminders. And the entire thing wrapped in a maker-checker shaped permission model that platform leaders actually trust.
Workspaces, projects, sprints — a hierarchy that scales from a 3-person internal team to a 38-member client tracker.
Five views on the same task data — Board, List, Table, Gantt and Scrum — so each role works in their preferred grammar.
Sub-tasks, checklists, story points, sprints, attachments and a real bug tracker — connected to the same task lifecycle.
Audit logs, permission tiers, password policies, 2FA enforcement and per-workspace member management for serious teams.
One platform, many spaces — separated by client, by purpose, by team.
Most PM tools force you into one global stream of work. Nexter splits the world into Workspaces — Extio Operations, DTB Support, DTB Tracker, Extio-Internal, Extio-External — each with its own members, projects, sprint health and recent activity. Inside each workspace, Projects (Nover, Invoer, Rover, Floster…) carry their own progress bars, sprint counts and "done / open / total" task chips. The top-level surface shows you which sprints are live, how many tasks are open across everything, and the most recent activity feed — without asking you to pick a project first.
Pick the view that matches the conversation — without changing the source of truth.
A product manager wants a kanban. A team lead wants a Gantt. An auditor wants a table. A developer wants a list. They're all looking at the same tasks — but with different jobs in mind. Nexter ships five first-class views on the same underlying data: Board (Backlog → To Do → In Progress → Blocked → In Review → In Verify), List, Table (with grouping and sort), Gantt (timeline with assignee chips) and Scrum. Open any task and you get the full depth: Description, Sub-Tasks (10/12), Checklists, Attachments, Comments, Reported Bugs and a 15-event Activity log — plus Status, Priority, Assignees, Story Points, Sprint, Start/Due/Delivered dates and a Time Estimate.

The agile rituals you actually run — and the quality discipline you wish you ran.
The Scrum Stand Up view is built for the actual ceremony — drag tasks from Backlog into To Do / In Progress / In Review / In Verify / On Hold, filter by team member, scope by sprint and session date. Click any card to assign, recolour, add a checklist — without leaving the board. Then when something breaks, the Bug Tracker picks up: 30 open, 1 in progress, 145 resolved, 1 critical open — with severity (Low / Medium / High), status, reporter, assignee and per-project routing across every workspace.
Notifications, reminders, audit logs, password policies — the work-platform discipline most PM tools skip.
When the work platform becomes mission-critical, the governance can't be an afterthought. Nexter ships with a full audit log — 50 events tracked, 14 created, 36 updated, 0 deleted, with actor, action, type and field-level diffs (Status: backlog → done, Due Date: (none) → 2026-05-15). Add Reminders (table or calendar, with repeat schedules and overdue chips), Notifications (activity feed with @mentions and preferences), Team Members (per-workspace, with Admin / Member / Viewer roles) and Settings with users, roles & permissions, plus a real Password Policy — minimum length, uppercase / lowercase / digit / special-character requirements, account lockout and password expiry. 2FA per user.
Nexter runs Extio's day-to-day across client trackers, internal operations and product teams — 84 members, 6 active workspaces, 304 open tasks and counting.
Spin up a Nexter workspace for your team — workspaces, kanban, gantt, scrum, sprints and bug tracker, all in the same place. We'll walk you through it against your real project shape using anonymised samples that match how you actually work.
